A compact home retreat and a hotel wellness area have different capacity and usage needs. Include expected daily use for a commercial project, and any building restrictions that may affect the installation.
Choose the complete setup
Confirm the sauna type, heater, controls, seating, materials, and dimensions in your quotation. Available models and heating systems are discussed individually; the inspiration photograph shows an atmosphere, not a specification for every Mizu sauna.
If you are comparing a traditional heated cabin with an infrared option, ask which systems are available and compare the actual equipment and capacity. A lower cabin price may exclude the heater, controls, or installation work.
Plan installation before ordering
Discuss electrical supply, ventilation, clearances, the supporting floor, and delivery access before committing to a configuration. Site work and installation requirements depend on the selected model and your property.
Ask who is responsible for each part of the work and whether it is included in the quote. Confirm the delivery area, lead time, access requirements, and any building permissions for your location.
One space for hot and cold
Planning a sauna alongside a self ice-forming cold plunge starts with the overall layout. Allow space to move comfortably between the two and discuss the plunge’s water and drainage needs separately from the sauna’s heating and ventilation requirements.

Warranty and your quotation
Sauna warranty terms are confirmed for the selected equipment and project. The two-year warranty shown for Mizu cold plunges should not be assumed to cover a sauna. Request the sauna’s written coverage and claim process before ordering.
